At Champagne Doré, in Ludes, each cuvée is crafted as a true terroir wine. From vineyard management to disgorgement, every step is guided by the pursuit of balance and precision.
The work begins in the vineyards, cultivated according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. The plots are carefully monitored throughout the year to harvest grapes at optimal ripeness. Following gentle pressing, the wines are vinified separately whenever this helps preserve the identity of each parcel and best express the characteristics of the terroir.

In the cellar, the blends are created with the same level of dedication. The wines undergo extended ageing on lees, an essential stage in developing their complexity and finesse. Disgorgement takes place only when each cuvée has reached its optimal expression. This time spent ageing in the cellar, combined with a carefully measured dosage, preserves the freshness, precision and balance of the wines.
The collection comprises four cuvées, each reflecting a unique expression of the terroir and the House's expertise, designed to accompany the Doré moments – those memorable occasions made special because they are shared. Champagnes patiently crafted to be enjoyed both at the table and during moments of togetherness. Because a great champagne is, above all, a great wine.
